Louise Vandenberg has extensive experience in research grant administration and support, currently serving as Acting Manager for ARC and Non-Medical Research Grants at the University of Wollongong since March 2017. Louise's role involves administering various research grant schemes, promoting funding opportunities, and advising academic staff on proposal development. Previous positions at the university included Faculty Research Operations Coordinator, Research Grants Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. In addition to academic roles, Louise has worked at CareSouth as a Youth Worker and Support Worker and served as a Recruitment Consultant for the Australian Bureau of Statistics, leading recruitment efforts for the 2016 Census. Louise holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wollongong, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
