Sarah Foote is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial transformation and business management. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance Transformation at CareOregon since June 2022, Sarah leads the strategy to enhance operational effectiveness and implement advanced finance systems. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions, including Finance Manager and Senior Financial Planning Analyst, focusing on strategic financial process improvements. As the founder of Go By Foote LLC, Sarah promotes female empowerment in outdoor adventures, while previously founding WY'EAST SISTERHOOD LLC, where projects included bucket-list adventures and women’s health series. Early career experience includes roles at Hillsboro School District and KeyBank, where Sarah managed budgets and financial analysis. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Washington University.
