Hannah Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial management. Currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Compass Community since August 2019, Hannah oversees the finance function, consolidates monthly reporting, and develops financial processes. Previous roles include Finance Manager for Financial Accounts at Selfridges, managing financial accounting and statutory reporting, and Head of Financial Accounting and Treasury at the University of Leicester, where oversight of financial controls and external reporting was key.
