Jessica Gaisford is an experienced Health Care Coordinator at CareOregon since November 2015, focusing on Medicaid and Medicare member support by assessing complex care needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Previously, Jessica served as a Provider Customer Service Representative at CareOregon, delivering high-quality customer service to health care providers. Jessica’s earlier roles include Controller I at American Medical Response, where recognition for customer service excellence was achieved, and Patient Benefits Advisor at The Outsource Group, screening uninsured patients for eligibility in benefit programs. Additional experience includes serving as a Benefits Enroller with the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty and a VISTA member with AmeriCorps, working on funding opportunities and grant proposals. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Anderson University, earned in 2007.
