Slobodan Males has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Slobodan began their career as an Engineering Intern at Bayer in September 2015 and continued in that position until December 2017. During this time, they gained valuable experience working on various projects. In January 2018, Slobodan was promoted to the role of Validation Engineer at Bayer, where they installed, validated, and released numerous manufacturing lines. Slobodan also developed test methods, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance documents for manufacturing equipment. In May 2019, Slobodan joined the US Army as a Mechanical Engineer for the Small Caliber Munitions Team. In this role, they focused on the design and production aspects of the life cycle, with a particular emphasis on continuous improvement and manufacturing. Slobodan recently transitioned to a new role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Care/of in April 2022, where they continue to utilize their engineering skills and expertise.
Slobodan Males attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2013 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
