Jake Johnson De Jesus has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2017. In 2012, they were an Intern at Everywhere Wireless and a IT Volunteer/Student/V.P of Westwood College's IT Club. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at AHEAD as a Jr. System Administrator, where they were responsible for managing the Production AWS instance with focus on EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, creating a DR site to cover for on-prem network downtime, integrating on-prem backup to move to AWS, creating an FTP instance, and Okta integration based on different AWS roles. Additionally, they were a Certified Google Administrator, responsible for mail and document security, user and license management, Google MDM for Chrome, Android, and iOS, and eDiscovery - vault, cloudlock, backupify. JAKE JOHNSON also deployed and managed Office365, configured various O365 services to allow internal and external collaborations, and assisted in several Azure setup and integrations to AD. From 2017 to present, they have been a System Engineer I - DevTools and a Hero In Training | IT Engineer at SpotHero.

Jake Johnson De Jesus obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science in Network Management / Cisco from Westwood College-Chicago Loop in 2014. JAKE JOHNSON has also obtained additional certifications, such as CCNA in 2013, Google Apps Certified Administrator from Google in 2015, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate in 2016, and Comptia A+ from Comptia in 2013.
