Monica Zapata has over 25 years of diverse experience in technology solutions and client services. Since September 2007, Monica has held multiple leadership roles at Carenet Health, progressing from Manager of Client Services to Vice President of IT & Client Solutions. Additionally, Monica is the Business Owner of inBalance, a boutique Pilates fitness studio that offers a wide range of fitness classes and personalized training. Prior to Carenet Health, Monica worked at West Corporation from May 1995 to September 2007, where various positions included Manager of Client Services and Sales Manager.
