Kelly Clark has over a decade of experience in community outreach and career planning, currently serving as a Community Outreach Specialist and Career Planner at CareerSource Flagler Volusia since September 2012. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Manager of Quality Assurance at the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economics and Statistics Administration within the U.S. Census Bureau from March 2007 to October 2011. Kelly's academic background includes education from Daytona State College.
