Stephan Leeds is a seasoned professional in education and career development, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Building Something New and CareerGenie, where efforts focus on bridging the gap between classrooms and experiential learning, as well as providing innovative career management solutions for job seekers. With a commitment to improving learning practices, Stephan also holds advisory positions in the Global Science of Learning and Education Network (GSoLEN) and serves as a Transcend Fellow. Previously, Stephan co-founded Radius Group, aimed at creating demand-driven pathways from education to employment, and has held leadership roles with Springboard Communities and Leadership Foundations, emphasizing inclusive economic development and support for at-risk populations.
