Felicia Panoncialman currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Care Hawaii Inc, a position held since September 2021, following a tenure as Quality Assurance Manager at the same organization from August 2020 to September 2021. Previously, Felicia held the role of Director of Intellectual Disability Services at Goodwill Industries of Hawaii from March 2004 to June 2020. Educationally, Felicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, General from the University of Phoenix Honolulu Campus between 2003 and 2007, and graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1994, with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.
