Staci Holquist has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Staci is currently working as the Director of Legal Affairs at Avenacy since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Legal Affairs at Athenex from October 2021 to September 2023. Staci also held the positions of Senior Corporate Paralegal from February 2018 to October 2021, and Paralegal from August 2015 to February 2018 at Athenex. Staci also has experience as a Paralegal at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP from March 2008 to July 2015, and at Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP from June 2004 to March 2008. Staci began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Duke, Holzman, Yaeger & Photiadis LLP, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Staci has experience as a PSIA Level 1 certified Ski Instructor at Kissing Bridge from November 2014 to April 2018.

Staci Holquist completed their education at PennWest Clarion from 1996 to 2000. Staci obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Legal Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to attending PennWest Clarion, Staci graduated from Rocky Grove High School. Additionally, Staci holds a certification as a PSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor.
