Hayley McCallion

Hayley McCallion has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Hayley most recently served as an Assistant Head Teacher at Cardiff and Vale College since September 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Head of 6th Form at St Martins. Hayley also has experience working with Teaching Personnel as a Consultant from 2017 to 2019, where they provided expertise in educational vacancies and recruitment. Hayley previously worked as an International Candidate Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment from 2016 to 2017.
