Carli Parsons is the Co-Founder of InnovatED Education, a company dedicated to transforming education for future readiness. In this role, Carli leads professional development initiatives that inspire innovation and collaboration among teachers. Prior to this, Carli served as a Vice Principal at the Waterloo Region District School Board starting in 2007.

Carli Parsons holds a Master of Education degree (2009-2011) from Western University, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. Carli also possesses a Bachelor of Education degree (2005-2006) from Brock University, with a focus on Education. Carli completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts (2001-2005) at the University of Windsor, majoring in English Language and Literature.
