Vithika Tiwari is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development, employee engagement, and HR business partnership. Currently serving as Manager - Talent Development and HR Special Projects at CarDekho Group since December 2021, Vithika provides strategic support to corporate and international teams on various HR matters. Previous roles include Deputy Manager - HRBP at CARS24, where Vithika led initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience and implement employee feedback programs, and Human Resources Specialist at Real Time Data Services, where Vithika designed comprehensive onboarding processes. Vithika holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Human Resource Management from International College for Girls, Jaipur.
