Fabian Leon has over a decade of diverse experience in business development and the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Associate at CardConnect since June 2016, Fabian has previously held similar roles at First Data Corporation. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chef at The Ville Taqueria and co-owning El Caporal Mexican Restaurant. As Project Development Coordinator at Leon International Co, Fabian focused on aligning manufacturers and distributors in the foodservice industry. Fabian holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University and has additional educational experience from the University of Louisville.
