Tavis Boise has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tavis currently holds the position of Head of 401(k) Operations at Carbon Collective, where they assist organizations in aligning their 401(k) benefits with sustainable portfolios. Prior to this, they worked as a Mobile Growth Strategist at ironSource, engaging in full sales cycle advertising deals and managing client accounts. Tavis also served as a Financial Analyst at Community West Bank, responsible for corporate reporting and financial statements. Tavis has previous experience at MyCase as a Payment Solutions Specialist and Business Development Representative, focusing on client communication, sales opportunities, and B2B outreach. Tavis has also worked as an Operations Manager at Last Call, handling HR, payroll, and strategic planning. Tavis has a background in politics, having served as a Political Candidate for Santa Barbara City Council in 2019. Tavis has extensive lifeguarding experience with the County of Santa Barbara, and has worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Special Medical Aid. Additionally, Tavis has served as an independent contractor in providing EMT caregiving services. Tavis also has retail experience as a Sales Associate at Channel Islands Surfboards.

Tavis Boise's education history begins with their high school education at Dos Pueblos Senior High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2008 to 2012. After graduating from high school, Tavis pursued further education at Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained three Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degrees in Economics.

Tavis then enrolled at San Francisco State University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography with a focus on Resource Management. Following their undergraduate studies, Tavis continued their academic journey at both California State University Channel Islands and the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Tavis has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. Tavis obtained the Series 65 certification from FINRA in September 2022.
