Chetna Chadha has a strong background in product management and business administration. Chetna is currently the Founder and CEO of SilverFern Digital, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Chetna worked at nib New Zealand as a Product Manager for Applications Delivery from February 2020 to December 2022. Chetna also served as a Product Owner at Xero from September 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they worked at Accordo Group Ltd. as a Product Manager for Solutions from July 2017 to August 2019. Chetna has also held roles at SnapComms as a Product Owner from June 2015 to June 2017, and at Alltech as a Product Specialist and Sales Manager from November 2012 to May 2015. Chetna started their career as a Business School Assistant at the University of Greenwich from September 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, Chetna gained experience in IT administration and incident management as a Service Desk Analyst at CLS Services from July 2010 to July 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Greenwich, where they assisted and motivated students with their classroom work and promoted the university at education fairs.

Chetna Chadha completed their education at the University of Greenwich from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bsc (Hons) in Business Information Technology. Chetna also obtained additional certifications, including "Essentials of Product Management" from Brainmates in November 2019 and "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" from Scrum Alliance in September 2016. In 2022, they enrolled in and completed the Entrepreneurship Essentials program at Harvard Business School Online.
