Sheila Osorio has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Restaurant Trainee at Imperator Hotel. Sheila then moved on to a Telephony Trainee position at Colón Hotel in 2005, followed by a Front Desk Trainee role at DesignCe Hotel in the same year. From 2006 to 2012, they had roles as an IT Assistant and later as a Human Resources Cross Training employee at Xerox.
In 2012, Sheila joined Carrefour Argentina as a Training Analyst, where they planned and organized trainings for the headquarters staff and stores, designed and developed e-learning courses, and facilitated internal and external training sessions. Sheila subsequently worked as a Recruitment and Development Analyst, where they were responsible for staff recruitment, internal assessments, and development plans.
Sheila transitioned to a Development Leader role at Carrefour in 2016, where they managed the performance evaluation process for all staff members, utilizing both local and international tools. In 2017, they became a Development and Recruitment Leader, overseeing performance evaluations for approximately 19,000 employees and implementing recruitment and employer branding projects. In 2018, they took on the role of Development and Recruitment Manager, leading recruitment and employer branding initiatives, designing and implementing Carrefour's Leaders School, and managing performance evaluations.
In 2019, Sheila joined TaTa S.A. as a Training and Development Leader, where they developed and implemented training strategies for the company's five business units and designed performance evaluation systems for around 5,000 employees. Sheila later took on the role of Talent Leader, responsible for defining and implementing recruitment and attraction strategies, increasing hiring manager and employee satisfaction levels.
Most recently, in 2022, Sheila started working at Carboline as a Europe Corporate Recruiting professional, with specific responsibilities yet to be elaborated.
Sheila Osorio's education history includes a range of degrees and programs in the field of human resources and related subjects. In 2007, they attended UADE and obtained a Human Resources Degree with a focus on "Recursos Humanos," which they completed in 2011. In 2003, they pursued a Hotel Management Degree at the Universidad de Morón (Oficial), specializing in "Turismo y HotelerÃa," and completed the program in 2006. In 2017, they enrolled in the Universidad de Belgrano to pursue a postgraduate degree in Training and Development, focusing on "Desarrollo de recursos humanos," which they are currently still undertaking. In 2020, they participated in several short-term programs, including an Executive Program on "HR in the Digital Era" at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, an Employer Branding course at the same institution, and the Liberating Structures Program at Learning Experiences. Lastly, in 2022, they are planning to attend a program on Recruiting IT at Conexion HR.
