Heather Y. Davis, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather Y. began their career as an HR associate at Engelhard Corporation in 1996, where they worked for three years. Heather Y. then joined Emerson in 2000, where they held various roles such as Sr. Human Resources Rep, HSSE Program Manager, and Staffing Super. In 2005, they transitioned to the West Point Association of Graduates as a Career Programs Manager.
