Sophie Theadom has held various HR roles in different companies, starting their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Major Players. Sophie then moved on to roles such as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Financial Times before taking on leadership positions at companies like BuzzFeed, LADbible Group, and currently, Captify as the Global VP of People. Sophie obtained their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from BPP, London Business School in 2013.
