Currently, Bavornluk holds the position of Assistant Director of People & Culture while also functioning as HR Manager at QUO Bangkok Co., Ltd. In these capacities, Bavornluk has contributed significantly to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
