Carol Ng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carol began their career as a Sales Clerk, Webmaster, Public Relations Representative, Treasurer, and Distributor at Skies Contact Lenses from August 2008 to September 2010. Carol then worked as a Legal Assistant/Receptionist at HOUSEN Law Office - Barrister, Solicitor & Notary from January 2012 to April 2012, and at HOUSEN Law from September 2012 to December 2012. From November 2011 to August 2013, Carol co-founded and managed Karisma Shop, where they served as Sales Manager, Webmaster, Public Relations Representative, and Distributor. Carol also worked as an English Teacher at Little Oxbridge Learning Centre from June 2013 to August 2013. Carol then took on the role of Marketing Manager at the University of Waterloo - David Johnston Research and Technology Park from January 2014 to April 2014. Carol later worked as a Marketing Specialist at TGO Consulting Inc. from September 2014 to December 2014 and as a Human Resources & Marketing Specialist at the same company from May 2015 to August 2015. From November 2016 to the present, Carol has been employed at The Captain's Boil as the Head Office - Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Most recently, in November 2019, they joined Accencis Group as a Senior Manager in Finance & Administration.

From 2010 to 2016, Carol Ng attended the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
