Laurent DESCHAUD is an experienced lawyer specializing in labor law, currently serving as the founder and manager of Capstan since January 2006, with a focus on managing individual and collective labor relations and advising German and international companies operating in France. Prior to this role, Laurent DESCHAUD was a partner at Jacques Barthélemy & Associés from November 1991 to December 2006.
