Bruce Hirsh is a legal and trade expert with extensive experience in international trade policy and law. Currently serving as Principal at Tailwind Global Strategies LLC and Of Counsel at Capitol Counsel LLC, Bruce Hirsh has previously held significant roles including Assistant USTR for Japan, Korea, and APEC at the Office of the US Trade Representative, and Chief International Trade Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. Additional positions include various roles at the Office of the US Trade Representative related to WTO and multilateral affairs, Legal Advisor at the US Mission to the World Trade Organization, and Associate General Counsel at the Office of the US Trade Representative. Bruce Hirsh's legal career began at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and includes international experience as a Foreign Attorney in Japan.
