Noelia P. is an experienced legal professional specializing in Intellectual Property Law. As an IP & Litigation Lawyer at ABEMARK, also since February 2019, Noelia represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings related to intellectual property, particularly in trademark and domain name disputes, while managing international IP portfolios. Previous experience includes roles as a lawyer and legal advisor at ASERLAW Abogados, alongside an internship there. Noelia holds a degree in New Law & Legal Tech from ISDE and multiple advanced degrees in Intellectual Property and Law from UNIR and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, as well as a law degree from Universidad de Valladolid.
