Ali Rodell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director of Machine Learning Engineering at Capital One since November 2017, Ali leads a large organization responsible for a multi-tenant platform supporting machine learning model training and feature authoring. Previous roles at Capital One include Director of Software Engineering and Senior Manager of Software Engineering, where Ali focused on building machine learning platform capabilities and orchestrating deployments in a Kubernetes environment. Aliā€™s prior experience includes leadership positions at MetLife, where responsibilities spanned solutions engineering and internet engineering, along with roles in cloud migration at Intuitive Technology Partners and Rodell Ventures LLC. Ali holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelorā€™s degree in East Asian Studies from Dickinson College.
