Federico Castro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Sourcing Analyst at L.L.Bean, where they worked until 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Market Research Senior Analyst at SKIM. In 2017, they joined Universidad de Costa Rica as a Social Research Senior Analyst, staying until 2018. Federico then moved on to work at Deliveroo as a Consumer Insights Senior Analyst from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Consumer Insights Lead Analyst at What on Earth - Official before transitioning to a Senior Supply Chain Analyst position at SmileDirectClub, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Analytics and Insights Manager at Nursaâ„¢, starting in August 2021.
Federico Castro has a strong educational background, with a diverse range of degrees in various fields. Federico completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Data and Society from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Communication and Development from Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) in 2017. Federico also holds a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering, which they earned from the same institution in 2012.
