Steve Burgess is currently the Income Manager at Capital Letters, a position Steve has held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Octavia for five years as an Income Manager and also served as the Interim Head of Income. Steve has a background as an Income Officer at various companies, including the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Circle Housing, and HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Criminology from Buckinghamshire New University.
