Shania Y. is a dedicated professional with a strong background in educational and psychological support roles. Currently, Shania serves as a Behavior Technician at Freedom First Psychological Services since December 2021, and has also been an After School Teacher and Activities Assistant at Capital District YMCA since September 2018. Previous experience includes working as a Day Camp Counselor at Coney Island YMCA, an Office Intern at NEGRO ENSEMBLE COMPANY INC, a Classroom Assistant at The Child Center of NY, and an Office Intern at Medgar Evers Caribbean Research Center. Additional roles have included Youth External Relations at JSMLI INC and Camp Counselor at Minnie's World. Shania is pursuing a Master of Science in School Psychology at the University at Albany, expected to graduate in May 2024, having previously earned a degree from the institution from 2017 to 2021.
