Lalitha Vaidyanathan is an experienced professional in equity, diversity, and inclusion consulting, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Center for Equity and Inclusion, The Giving Practice, and Platypus Advisors, where the focus is on social impact strategy and leadership development.
