Mike Lucero is an experienced operations manager currently working at Capitol Distributing since August 2021. Previously, Mike served as an operations supervisor at J.R. Simplot Company from May 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing processes from finished production packaging to raw product logistics in a large-scale potato manufacturing environment. Prior experience also includes a role as operations supervisor at Dickensons Frozen Food LLC from May 2018 to May 2019. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Boise State University.
