David Just has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David currently holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at Lime, starting in 2022. In their previous role at WBMB Baruch College Radio, David served as a Play-By-Play Announcer and Radio Host, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the sports play-by-play team and transitioning the broadcast to the Baruch Bearcats Broadcasting YouTube Channel.

At VMLY&R, David held two roles. As a Senior Operations Manager, they developed a data merge process for the agency, allowing for a combined data and reporting system. David also created scope vs burn reporting for resource allocation evaluation and identified staffing needs. In their previous role as an Operations Manager at VMLY&R, David implemented an agency-wide staff plan roll-up, improved job creation and approval processes, and streamlined the time of staff cross-charge process.

Prior to that, David worked as an Operations Manager at CVS Health, where they implemented a product protection action plan, analyzed sales data, and optimized scheduling to achieve target goals. David also served as an Operations Manager at Kowabunga LLC, researching and developing new filter attachments, improving product quality, and reducing production costs.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Waiter/Bartender at Trattoria Dianes and as an Intern at Leverage Marketing Agency, assisting with contract management, finding marketing partners, and supporting business development and account management activities.

David Just has an education history that spans from high school to a bachelor's degree. David attended Baldwin High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Regents High School Diploma. Following high school, David attended Philadelphia University from 2007 to 2010, focusing on pre-medicine and pre-medical studies. After this, they attended Nassau Community College from 2012 to 2013, completing 60 credits towards a degree in Business Management. Finally, they attended Baruch College from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
