Melissa Hutchison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administrative positions. Melissa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Capital Construction Contracting since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Congruity360 from April 2020 to March 2022. Melissa also held multiple positions at Clean Harbors, including Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Program Manager, and Human Resources Business Manager from 2011 to 2019. In their earlier career, Melissa worked as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner at J.Jill from 2008 to 2011 and Senior Executive Assistant at ARAMARK from 2005 to 2007. Melissa also served as a Human Resource Consultant and Human Resource Generalist at ARAMARK from 2001 to 2005. Melissa started their career as an Executive Assistant/Human Resource Coordinator at Image Arts, Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and as an Executive Assistant at Gilligan and Bubnowski Architects from February 1998 to October 1998. Melissa began their professional journey as an Office Manager at Campione Builders from July 1995 to January 1998.
