Ellen Vianen has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Manager HR / Arbeidsmediator at Bouwmaat Nederland since October 2014, Ellen has held various HR leadership roles, including Manager P&O at Halfords Nederland BV from February 2010 to October 2014, and Hoofd P&O at Makro Cash and Carry NL from 2001 to February 2010. Previous positions include P&O Adviseur at Politie Zaanstreek / Waterland and Transavia Airlines, as well as a Personnel Functionary at Delta Daily Food and Intercedente at Werknet. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Personnel Administration from Academie Mens en Arbeid and completed a course in conflict mediation in early 2023.
