Katrina Cohens, MBA, has a rich work experience spanning over two decades. Katrina started their career at AmSouth Bank in 1999 as an Assistant Manager, where they worked for eight years. In 2007, they joined Capital City Bank Group, Inc. and held various roles throughout their tenure. Katrina started as an AVP, District Operations Manager and worked in this position for nearly 11 years. Katrina then progressed to the role of VP, Regional Operations Manager for a year before becoming the VP, Regional Experience Manager. Currently, Katrina is serving as the VP, Community Development Strategist at Capital City Bank Group, Inc.

Katrina Cohens, MBA, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Leo University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2006, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Valencia College from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Katrina has obtained various certifications, including Leadership Macon from the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, The Workplace and Personal Wellness Foundations Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Certified Master Life Coach from Transformation Academy, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn, Certificate in Human Resource Management from MindEdge Learning, Strategic Management from Saint Leo University, and Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida.
