Tom Wu is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communications and network management. Currently with Capgemini since September 2024, Tom oversees the implementation and upgrades of Cisco UC systems, enhancing organizational communication. Previously, at Atos, Tom managed Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related technologies for The Walt Disney Company. Tom's career includes roles in various organizations, where responsibilities ranged from providing comprehensive VoIP support to maintaining network infrastructures. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, earned in 2000.
