Erik Gensler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development within the arts and culture sector. Currently serving as Principal at EZG Design LLC since April 2022, Erik has transitioned to a career in decorating after previously founding and leading Capacity Interactive, a prominent digital marketing consulting firm for the arts, for fifteen years. Erik also held key marketing roles at New York City Opera and TMG / Roundabout Theatre Company, and began a career at NBC as a Business Development Manager. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University, completed in 2000.
