Ryan Maloney has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Civil Engineering Intern at the City of Woodinville. From there, they worked as a Freelance Designer and Engineer at SOAR Technology, Inc. where they performed design and implementation tasks. In 2010, Ryan joined Western Washington University as a Web Developer II, providing design services for the Center for Instructional Innovation and Assessment. In 2012, they began working at Tether, Inc. as an Industrial Designer, where they developed and created products for clients in various industries. Ryan also worked as an Industrial Design Intern at Tether, Inc. Earlier this year, Ryan joined SOAR Hydropower as a Lead Industrial Designer and Brand Designer. Their most recent position is at Canyon Hydro, where they continue to work as a Lead Industrial Designer and Brand Designer.
Ryan Maloney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Western Washington University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2004 to 2006 for studies in Mechanical Engineering.
