Peter Brennhofer currently serves as an Invoice Processing Specialist at Canteen One since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Watershed Technician and Seasonal Technician at the Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District from June 2018 to March 2023. Additionally, Peter held the positions of Bookstore Manager and Bookstore Associate at Saint John's University Bookstore from August 2017 to April 2021. Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint John's University, completing the program in May 2022.
