Stephanie Furlan is a highly skilled legal professional with extensive experience in various law firms and legal roles. Currently serving as a Solicitor for the City of Toronto since August 2024, Stephanie previously held associate positions at Torkin Manes LLP and Minden Gross LLP. Stephanie began their legal career as an Associate Lawyer at FIJ Law LLP, where tenure spanned from August 2019 to July 2022, including a role as a Summer Student. Additional experience includes positions as a Student Attorney at the Criminal Trial Clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Legal Intern at the Metropolitan Justice Center of Southeast Michigan. Prior to entering the legal field, Stephanie worked at Scotiabank in various capacities and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa. Stephanie holds dual Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa.
