Dick Strijbosch has a strong background in production engineering and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2020 onwards, they have been working as a Team Lead, Production Engineer at Canon Production Printing. Prior to that, they spent a significant amount of time at Océ - A Canon Company, where they held roles such as Team Lead, Production Engineer and Lead Engineer, Production Engineer. Their responsibilities included leading teams of engineers, overseeing production processes and improvements, and managing the industrialization of new products. Dick also gained experience in research and development during their tenure at Océ - A Canon Company.

Dick Strijbosch has a comprehensive education history. Dick obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Techical University Eindhoven. Dick also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technologie from Fontys Hogescholen. In addition, they pursued further education in Business Administration at Fontys Hogescholen and obtained a degree in Scheikundige Technologie (Chemical Technology) from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Dick has also earned certifications as a Lean Expert and a Six Sigma Black belt.
