Philip Arcilla is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer at Canon Australia since December 2021, Philip has a diverse background in technical roles. Previously, Philip worked as a Cloud Support Engineer and server administrator at Accenture, where significant contributions included a major file server migration to Azure cloud services. Philip's leadership capabilities were showcased as Team Leader at OLE Group International, and as a Project Deployment Engineer at Pru Life UK, with key roles in deploying Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2012). Additional experience includes data center operations at HP and technical support engineering at SAV25 Data System, focusing on network and mail server configurations.
