Paula Fellner serves as the Customer Onboarding Manager at Xentral ERP Software, where responsibilities include managing customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption processes, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer success. Previously, Paula held various roles at SAP, beginning as a Cloud Product Support Associate and advancing to a Cloud Product Support Engineer, where escalation management and creation of support resources were key functions. Experience also includes positions at Falcon.io and Yahoo, focusing on customer support and problem resolution, as well as a tenure at Wipro Technologies as a Subject Matter Expert, leading team performance and knowledge management initiatives. Paula holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from "Dimitrie Cantemir" University, complemented by a high school degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from German "Goethe" High School.
