Gioia Falzoni currently serves as a Project Manager at SECUTIX, focusing on the Italian market and assisting new customers in maximizing the use of the S-360 ticketing and marketing solution since June 2022. Previously, Gioia worked at Vivaticket spa for eight years as a Sales and Marketing Account, overseeing ticketing and admission management for cultural events, and played a pivotal role in consolidating services at prestigious museums. Prior experience includes coordinating additional services for the Cenacolo Vinciano and Pinacoteca di Brera at Charta srl and serving as a Press Office Account at VerbaVolant. Gioia holds a degree in Communication Sciences from IULM University.
