James J. currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Canal & River Trust, overseeing the property investment portfolio that includes commercial assets across England and Wales since January 2018. Previously, James held various positions, including Senior Surveyor at Portland Surveys and Chartered Surveyor roles at Macildowie and Tanners - Chartered Surveyors, among others. James began the career path as a Graduate Surveyor at Savills and has developed expertise in land and property sales, rentals, management, surveys, and valuation. James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2013 and earned a BSc (Hons) in Property Agency and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural University between 2005 and 2008.
