Nikki Smith Cert Cii(FS) began their career at Sainsbury's in 2002, starting as a part-time student and eventually becoming a Trainee Department Manager. With experience in various roles such as Department Assistant Manager and Chief Display Assistant, they transitioned to Canada Life UK in 2016 as an Account Manager in the investment servicing department. Their responsibilities include the servicing of life products. They attended Hertford Regional College from 2003 to 2005 and completed their GCSE's and A-Levels at Turnford School from 1996 to 2003.
