Jennifer Heiert is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in hardware and software support, network operations, and systems analysis. Currently serving as an IT Specialist and IT Technician at Campbell County Fiscal Court since March 2018, Jennifer provides first and second level support for county systems and manages routine customer service requests. Previous roles include teaching Intro to Computers at Southwestern College, working as a Network Operations Engineer at Securepipe, Inc., and serving as a Systems Analyst and LAN/WAN Technician for Campbell County Board of Education. Jennifer also has a history as a Network Administrator/Systems Analyst at Thomas More College, where Jennifer contributed to the implementation of a campus-wide networking system. Jennifer holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from Thomas More University.
