Perry Santacecilia has over 30 years of work experience, with a strong background in technology and information management. Perry is currently the VP of Information Technology at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Prior to this, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as an Assistant Vice President and an Independent Consultant in Technology Services. Perry also has experience at Bank of America, where they served as a Consultant in Marketing Research & Testing, and as a Senior Vice President, managing eCommerce Delivery and Execution for the North American consumer credit card business. Before that, they worked at MBNA as a First Vice President, where they were responsible for the integration of Bank of America Transition in the Technology Department Manager role. Perry also has experience at National Liberty Life as an Information Engineer, at DuPont as a Consultant, and at United HealthServ Inc. and ICI Americas Inc. in various technology-related roles.
Perry Santacecilia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Delaware from 1982 to 1986. Later, from 1989 to 1991, Santacecilia attended Widener University where they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Production Management.
