Lorenzo Fedele is a distinguished HR executive with an international career spanning Europe, APAC, and the United States. With extensive experience in global, regional, and local leadership roles, he has successfully shaped workplace cultures, led organizational transformations, and driven talent development strategies across diverse markets and industries.

Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Campari America, Lorenzo oversees HR strategies for the Group's largest and fastest-growing market, including its renowned Wild Turkey and Wilderness Trail distilleries. His leadership focuses on keen business acumen, advancing talent strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging for over 600 employees nationwide.

Throughout his career, Lorenzo has demonstrated a clear ability to operate across borders and deliver impactful results. He played a pivotal role as Global HR Director for Campari's Integrated Supply Chain, leading HR strategies for a 2,200-strong workforce across 24 subsidiaries and 23 manufacturing sites. In APAC, he spearheaded large-scale restructuring initiatives for Safilo, transforming operations across China, Japan, South Korea, and other key markets, achieving substantial cost savings and operational efficiency.

His leadership experience also extends to local markets, where he served as HR Director for Italy at Campari Group, overseeing HR for the Italian market and manufacturing sites, and as Regional HR Manager for APAC at Safilo, where he managed governance and workforce strategies across seven countries.

Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova. Certified as an OPQ, Hogan, and Employer Branding professional, he combines psychological insights with strategic HR frameworks to create environments where people and businesses thrive.
