Lorenzo Fedele has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lorenzo began their career at Safilo, where they held various roles such as HR Generalist, Corporate HRBP for Design Center, Product Creation, Marketing & Communication, and HRBP + L&D Partner for Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Australia. Lorenzo then served as the Regional HR Manager APAC, where they were responsible for people-related initiatives across several countries in the region.

In 2018, Fedele joined Campari Group as the Global Talent Management & Development Manager, leading the digitalization and continuous improvement of the integrated talent management cycle. Lorenzo later became the Global Talent Management, Culture & Employer Branding Director and played a significant role in activating the company's culture, EVP, and employer promise. Fedele also served as the HR Director Italy, overseeing the people and organization agenda for the Italian market and manufacturing sites.

Currently, Fedele holds the position of Global HR Director Supply Chain at Campari Group. In this role, they lead the HR strategy for the integrated supply chain and manages a global HR team. Lorenzo is responsible for overseeing the HR functions across multiple regions and subsidiaries worldwide. Throughout their career, Fedele has demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Lorenzo Fedele has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova. Lorenzo also holds a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university. Prior to their university studies, Lorenzo obtained their High School Diploma in Languages, Law, and Business Administration from the Collegio Arcivescovile Celestino Endici - Trento. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Hogan Assessor from Hogan Assessment Systems, a Certified OPQ Assessor (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) from SHL, and a Certified Employer Branding Professional (CEBP) from the Employer Branding Academy.
