Joanne Hopkins, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Victory Brewing Company since February 2020. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions within the YMCA of Greater Brandywine from October 2006 to September 2019, including Director of Recruiting/HR Manager, where strategic recruitment for a large staff across multiple branches was a key responsibility. Joanne also supervised a team of HR Coordinators and played a vital role in implementing HRIS systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Tommy Bahama as a Retail Supervisor and at Staples as a Regional Recruiter/Store Manager. Joanne holds a BA in Business Management with an HR Concentration and a Minor in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
